Offshore manning

Manning an offshore vessel is a complex, multi-layered operation that requires expert planning, expertise and a broad vision. These qualities are an integral part of our services, bringing you cost-effective, transparent solutions that are tailored specifically to your requirements.

Our office in Perth is our centre of excellence for offshore manning across the whole of the organisation. From there we take the time to fully understand your needs before moving ahead with providing crews and executing mobilisation.

We can source construction, marine, catering and technical crews – ranging from Supervisors, Seafarers to specialist trades and craft – for all of your vessel and installation needs. You can always trust that we have a thorough understanding of the qualifications, skillsets, experience and qualities for the positions we recruit. Once mobilised, we oversee the crew’s performance, competency, safety behaviour and all human resource requirements.

We also plan, coordinate and execute pre-mobilisation administration, training, HSEQ compliancy, verification of competency, personnel logistics (vessel and installation rostering and crew change scheduling), purchasing solutions, medicals and client or project specific needs.

Added value

Compliance, good communication and strong relationships are an integral part of our processes. Rest assured that our services always include the following:

  • MLC compliancy – our services comply with the Maritime Labour Convention, International Labour and Flag State requirements
  • Robust management system – our proven bridging techniques ensure that respective management systems are linked appropriately to provide STCW, ISM and ISPS compliancy
  • Employee relations – we have a dedicated team, assisted by in house professionals as well external advisors, who have proven experience in establishing employee agreements for countries which require unionised workforces.
