Once mobilised, we oversee the crew’s performance, competency, safety behaviour and all human resource requirements.

We also plan, coordinate and execute pre-mobilisation administration, training, HSEQ compliancy, verification of competency, personnel logistics (vessel and installation rostering and crew change scheduling), purchasing solutions, medicals and client or project specific needs.
