Our permanent recruitment division consists of discipline-focused recruitment experts who have extensive experience delivering on permanent placement assignments, and who have a deep understanding of the international oil and gas and related industries. This division acts as an extension of our client – we represent your unique culture and position requirements.

Global network

The Brunel network comprises of 104 offices across 37 countries. Our regional headquarters are strategically placed in Houston, Rotterdam, Singapore, Perth and Dubai. We’ve enhanced our local recruitment capabilities by opening a Global Recruitment Centre in Manchester.

Contingent and retained search

There are two ways of completing a permanent recruitment assignment: a contingency search, and a retained  search. A retained search allows for a more controlled and tailor-made search, allowing the best chance of identifying the right candidate in the market. The benefits of this is that we’re able to create a search team by allocating resources across multiple offices, we can control the timeframe of the search, the identified candidates will be exclusive to you until the position has been filled, you get full confidentiality, just one point of contact and guaranteed delivery.
