About this role

Duties:

  • Work with the clinical operations management to create a highly desired environment to attract and retain the best of the best in clinical operations;
  • Oversee the implementation of the clinical development plan;
  • Lead the study team through vendor selection and provide oversight throughout all clinical projects;
  • Work with both senior management and the clinical operations staff to develop and achieve corporate goals within the appropriate timeline;
  • Act as the main point of contact with CRO's and other third party vendors;
  • Prepare and maintain TMF for multiple studies;
  • Track patient recruitment status.

About you

  • Bachelors or graduate degree in science or nursing, ideally in biology, chemistry or pharmacy with 9+ years of experience within clinical operations including at least 4 years of managing clinical trials;
  • Expert level of knowledge of EMEA and FDA regulations;
  • Personable with strong leadership skills and abilities;
  • Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCPs relating to managing clinical trial conduct.
