About this role

  • This role is a great opportunity to learn about the
    Uranium extraction industry;
  • Working a 4 days on, 3 off roster and reporting to the
    Facility Supervisor, you will be;
  • Maintaining groundwater databases accurately;
  • Performing environmental data basing including ground
    water analytical data;
  • Extraction of data from databases and creation required
    tables and charts
  • Processing of invoices and managing vendors;
  • Verifying timely sample collection and proper analysis
    of sample data;
  • Preparing major reports to and databases for regulatory
    agencies.

About you

  • To succeed in this role, you will have;
  • Strong commitment to safety;
  • SAP experience for invoicing;
  • Willingness to commute to a secluded location;
  • 5 years’ experience in an office setting;
  • Advanced experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
    Access);
  • A reliable, committed and task oriented approach to your
    tasks;
  • Experience in file management including hard copy and
    electronic filing.

About us

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to
perform site accounting (accounts payable, budgeting, etc.), environmental data
basing (maintenance of site databases), report preparation (preparation of
reports for three permits to mine, a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) source
material license and other permits), document preparation and management,
filing and archiving (hard copy and electronic) and other general office
functions.
