About this role

The position of Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse functions including material issue, receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and housekeeping for the Rangely, Colorado warehouse.

  • Examine incoming shipments. Report and or reject damaged goods before signing for material;
  • Receive material coming to the warehouse and laydown yard accurately and safely;
  • Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking the material delivered against the packing list and then the purchase order. Record and report any discrepancies found;
  • Place materials on shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas safely and in an orderly fashion;
  • Provide proper customer service at warehouse issuing and receiving window;
  • Issue material properly by completing all material issue documents;
  • Prepare materials for shipment and complete all necessary paperwork to ship materials properly;
  • Must be certified to operate all warehouse material handling equipment safely. o Caterpillar IT front end loader;
    o Hyster 11,000 lb propane forklift;o Crown standup electric reach truck;
  • Must perform daily safety checks on above material handling equipment;
  • Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on physical inventory count sheets;
  • Perform proper “housekeeping” daily at warehouse and laydown yard.

About you


  • Must have at least one year of Oil and Gas industry warehousing and heavy equipment operation experience;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Must have SafeLand and H2S Certification;
  • Must be available for 1 weekend per month for “on call” if warehouse support is needed over the weekend;
  • Must live within 60 miles of Rangely, Colorado warehouse to be able to respond to calls if called during “on call” weekend;
  • Able to move and lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
