About this role

Responsible for setting up and managing the Manpower Division for Malaysian Operations. Promote the Manpower services, which is the Provision of Professional, Specialist and Technical Staff to the various prospective Clients, mainly in the Oil and Gas Industries;
Souring and recruitment of hire suitable candidates against client's enquires. Provide manpower support to other associated companies in the Brunel Group. Interacting with the various client resources' focal points and discussing their current and future vacancies;
Manage full cycle of recruitment process. Responsible for recruit & leading the team of recruiters/consultants to ensure all recruitment orders & deadline are met;
Liaise with clients (Hiring Managers) to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences;
Administer all the interview schedule arrangements with the panel interviewers and candidates;
Prepare the Offer Letter & Employment Contract to initiate the offer;
Coordinate the support from other departments and facilitate new employee on-boarding in a most efficient manner (working closely with IT, Admin, Training & Compensation & Benefits - Insurance, Documentations);
Conduct Market Survey Analysis based on current market, experience skills, internal equity and education background and capacity of the work load;
A sole person to monitor, coordinate, initiate assessment to the Line (discuss with the line on the contract extension plan duration), conduct Market Survey, negotiation and documentations preparation for all direct hire staffs (currently all staffs are under contract basis);
Ensure that all incoming manpower enquiries are updated into the manpower requirement summary list;
Supervise input of Data into Personnel Global Database.

About you

Degree background or higher Diploma preferably in HR discipline , Business studies, Project Management;
7 years of experience with minimum 3 years in oil & gas industry;
Sound knowledge of computer skill;
Aptitude in decision-making, working with numbers and analyzing data;
Experience in Management skills, Negotiation skills and Contract Management;
Be familiar with the relevant elements of the project execution and Tendering;
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the profession and industry experience exhibiting increased professional responsibility, most recently to have included managerial or supervisory level;
Good command of English language, Written and Oral.
