Coordinate, advise and
implement the marketing and communication strategy of the region with the goal
to improve the image and brand recognition of Brunel and thus optimizing
commercial effectiveness. The regional marketing specialist reports to the
regional manager and will be supported by Global marketing in order to
communicate a consistent Brunel brand identity and Brunel message.

About this role

Realization operational marketing and communication plan;

Coordinate and implement the formulated marketing plan objectives and resulting activities for the relevant region within the drawn up plan and associated budget. Align plans with Global marketing to assure all marketing projects are in accordance with the global marketing guidelines;

Conducting research and organizing activities to realize the goals;

Develop marketing activities and materials;

Develop printed matter (offer folder, brochures, and other documentation);

Monitor budget and escalate excess;

Maintain contacts with external parties;

Managing content on the Brunel website (assigned region / target group);

Work closely with the sales team on development and implementation of marketing activities;

Create and execute lead generation programs;

Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines;

Part of the global marketing community, Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure uniform brand identity and messaging by attending periodic global marketing meetings. Work closely with other marketing specialists within Brunel on topics like internal communication, NPS measuring, digital marketing, lead generation and social media;

Information and advice;

Informing and advising the region in the field of market approach and communication with the aim to contribute to increasing the name recognition and market share of Brunel;

Signaling, coordinating and advising marketing and communication issues;

Keeping trends and developments in the market and translating them into concrete;

projects / activities for your region / target group;

Projects

Coordinate, carry out or participate in various (sub) projects in the field of marketing and in consultation with the regional manager and global marketing team with the aim to contribute to the realization of the set project objectives;

Facilitate communication of global strategy in your region;

Communicate on NPS project and use data to identify potential for improving services;

Start and report back on corporate social responsibility initiatives;

With help of Global Marketing use digital marketing to create and communicate leads for sales;

Reporting;

Provide insight into the activities carried out through periodic and ad hoc reports and / or analyzes, so the manager / project leader is able to make timely adjustments;

Reporting on costs incurred, cost monitoring and effectiveness of executed activities.

About you

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline;

3+ years’ experience in a marketing role;

Strong organization and prioritization skills;

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs;

Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
